The Fifteenth Annual Sean Carney's Blues For A Cure 2026 – Harrison County. A Free Public Concert to be
held Friday (6pm start) June 26 and Saturday (4pm start) June 27, 2026, at The Mark at The Park stage at Sally
Buffalo Park, 43000 Industrial Park Rd., Cadiz, Ohio. The proceeds benefit WVU Harrison Community
Hospital Foundation and the Harrison County Cancer Crusaders. Since inception, this annual charity concert
event has raised over $320,000 for the local area. Blues For A Cure, has raised over $500,000 since Sean
Carney started the fund in 2007. This is the sixth year the event is a two-night concert and will be hosted on The
Mark At The Park stage.
Headlining the event is IBC band finalist and Best Guitarist Award Winner Gabe Stillman Band. Filling in the
lineup is event namesake, 2007 IBC Guitar Champion Sean Carney Band with special guest and 2015 IBC
Guitar Champion Noah Wotherspoon, and keyboard talent Ricky Nye. We are very excited to welcome Austin
and The Syd Experience band to the Blues For A Cure Family. This up-and-coming band is a funky music
gumbo you have to experience, the Midwest's hottest new blues soul funk rock sensations. Once again,
bringing his soulful harmonica and vocals to our stage is Canton Ohio's Jake Friel.
This Blues For A Cure concert will serve as the CD Release of Blues Cures 17, the seventeenth CD in the series
of Live Studio Jams with the artists who've been a part of our concerts over the years. Among the artists
featured on this release along with Sean Carney are John Nemeth, Gabe Stillman, Jake Friel, JP Soars, Anne
Harris and Jimmy Adler. The CDs will be available as a free gift for a minimum $10 donation.
This event is BYOB. Food, water and soda will be available for purchase from on-site food vendors. Please
bring your lawn chairs, sun tents and blankets.
A limited amount of Saturday $50 VIP/Sponsor stage side tent tickets will be available which will include
food and beverages.
